Q. Are we available for your planned wedding date?
A. You can call, email or text us with your date(s) and we will get back to you right away.
Q. Pre wedding meeting?
A. Wherever possible we will meet you well in advance of your wedding day to ensure we fully understand the style of your event, and to make sure we fit in with that. We also bring with us a 'shoot list' which can help guide you through all the image options. For example do you want formal family groups, or are you more interested in candid shots. We can and will do both, but in the numbers that best suit you and your day.
Q. Do you know our venue?
A. We have shot at many venues before, but we still aim to visit all venues prior to you wedding day. This is so we are aware of the surroundings, the best locations for you pictures (both inside and outside), and we will have met the key people at your venue. This applies to both the Wedding, and reception venues.
Q. Can you provide two photographers for our day?
A. Yes, we regularly shoot as a team, that way one of us is always on hand to grab those unexpected candid shots that happen during the day. This is also a great benefit if you want to have images of both the Bride and the Groom getting ready, or leaving for the venue when they are in different locations.
Q. Can we also have studio images?
A. Our fully equipped studio is also available for both pre and post event images.
Q. How do you protect our images?
A. As standard we use high quality professional cameras and lenses from Canon, with the cameras having dual memory cards giving backups of every image. In addition all images are stored in two geographic locations once we download them to our computer system.
Q. Are you insured?
A. Most venues require us to have public liability insurance which complements their own cover. We have full public liability insurance, and in addition we have Professional indemnity insurance.
Q. How quickly will we get our images?
A. Our aim is to have your edited images with you within 1-3 weeks, dependent on the amount of images. We also aim to provide a sample set of up to 6 edited images within 48 hours so that you can use them on your social media platforms.
Q. What format will our images be in?
A. We can provide your images digitally, as prints and canvases, in photo books, and in full traditional albums, as well as many other formats e.g. perspex cubes, cups, key rings.......... etc.
You can also mix and match to give you the options you want.
